Racecourse Media Group produce Racing to School’s 25th anniversary promotional video

Racing to School is delighted to launch a new promotional video as part of the charity’s 25th anniversary celebrations, produced with the support of new partner Racecourse Media Group (RMG).

Filmed at Warwick Racecourse earlier this year, the video features pupils and teachers from local St Anne’s Primary School as they take part in a range of fun, curriculum-linked activities, showcasing how Racing to School uses the unique backdrop of the racecourse to bring learning to life beyond the classroom.

Reflecting on the value of the educational visits, Michelle Doherty, teacher at St Anne’s Primary School, said: “It’s about the skills pupils can apply and how they can use them in the real world, but it’s also about character education. We talked about jockeys and how they have to follow the rules and show discipline, putting that into the context of being a good citizen. It’s also about careers education, looking at the world beyond school and understanding how they can apply their maths in everyday life.”

In 2026, Racing to School is on track to engage more than 18,500 young people through its free educational visits to racecourses, training yards and stud farms across Britain, helping to raise aspirations, build confidence and introduce young people to the breadth of career opportunities across the sport.

John Blake, Chief Executive of Racing to School, said: “The charity’s successful growth in recent years has been all about partnerships and common goals, and we are so grateful to receive the support and enthusiastic interest of RMG, translated into this important media asset.

“Getting our message across succinctly and with impact to a range of audiences is key, and RMG’s new content is a very welcome and generous addition to our media assets.”
